On obverse bearing PRACHIN (PDR-03D) transit cds of same date and BANGKOK G.P.O. (BDR-03D) arrival cds dated 3.1.40. This card error with miscut at upper and left causing emblem (garuda & posthorn) closed to the left edge and upper edge. Fine used. F.(1)"
